We want to create the best possible experience for all of our customers. Often we reach out to community members in an effort to get feedback. This has helped us learn what our customers want and what is important to you. We know that backing up your data is extremely important and we are always trying to find ways to improve the process. Less than a year ago we launched the Mozy Data Shuttle, which allows MozyPro customers to backup their data to an external hard drive that we provide then send it back to us and we plug it straight in to the server and upload your data. We receive a lot of questions about the Mozy Data Shuttle through our different channels so we thought it would be great to hold an expert event in the community.
On June 28th, Jamie M., the Product Manager of the Mozy Data Shuttle program will be in the community answering questions from 10AM-1PM MST. This will be your chance to ask any questions you have about the product and get instant accurate information straight from the source.
This event is free and the conversation can continue in the Mozy Community after the event is over. The Support Community offers a great way to find solutions and get answers, usually, right away. We look forward to seeing you at our Expert Event with Mozy Data Shuttle, so save the date for June 28! And make sure to register early so you don't have to worry about it on the day of the event!
