How to Find Your Support ID

If you're a MozyPro Administrator looking to reach Phone Support, you'll need your Support ID to get through properly.

What is a Support ID?

A Support ID is your 9-digit number used to contact Support. Support IDs are currently only important for MozyPro Admins trying to reach Support via our phone line, so if you're a MozyHome customer, feel free to skip this post today. Instead, feel free to refer to last week's post on how to reach Chat Support.

 

How to Find Your Support ID

 

  1. Go to http://support.mozy.com
  2. Log in using the Sign In link.

Your support id will be located at the top right.

Phone support is only available to MozyPro customers. As a MozyHome customer you can interact with Mozy support by creating a case or initiating a support chat at http://support.mozy.com. The following Knowledge Base article has instructions for doing both:
