Try it again. We were noticing some weirdness yesterday where people were being decliend at seemingly random intervals during the day. Do you know around what time it was that this happened? Also, what browser do you use?
I am having the same problem - you have declined my card and there is nothing wrong with it! I need to pay or you will delete my files in less than 20 days - I do not have another credit card and have tried to 'change' my card to the same one (as it is fine - I used it this morning with no problem) but it won't accept it and still says my account has ben cancelled. It is not easy contacting you either as there is nowhere to do this so PLEASE can you let me know what to do? I don't want to lose my files.
You account is in a grace period till the middle of april, so no charge will attempt till then, but the CC on file looks ok so at that time your bill should go through.
But you haven't ran a backup in almost 4 months, failed or successful. Not sure if you knew that or not...
Thanks for you reply. Please can you clarify that my data will NOT be deleted - and that I do not need to take any further action? My account is still saying that my card has been declined and I don't know what I am supposed to do. Is my data safe? I am very anxious about this as you can understand.
I haven't run a back up for a while as I don't use this computer very often, and deleted a few files recently by mistake. I am under the impression that the last back up will contain these deleted files, and that if I do a current back up it will overide the former backup which has the files I wnt to restore. Is this correct?
Lexyafc - I am showing that your account is still in grace period as of 2/24. As for your data, the last successful backup was on 11/03/2011 and the next backup was ran on 2/19/2012. If you deleted those few files on 11/03/2011, they would have been available for 30 days.
Your last two backups today have been successful.
Lexyafc - The grace period is related to verification of the CC on the account. There is a small charge posted by Mozy to the CC first before posting the entire charge. This usually takes 1-3 days depending on weekends and how fast the CC company responds.
