Multi-Factor Authentication

Is multi-factor authentication available yet?  If not, can we PLEASE get multi-factor authentication added to your roadmap? Do I need to make an official enhancement request?  The existing forums discussing multi-factor authentication, but are marked as solved, with what I view as a "workaround", and still a one-factor mechanism, what the user knows...

Cloud security is being addressed by other vendors, please help us ensure our data is safe and secure through MFA methodologies.

Thanks!

Re: Multi-Factor Authentication

Thanks Hashem and Carico, my primary concern is accessing the administration console through the website.  If a user's username and password get compromised, no matter how they login, sso or logging in outside of federation, the malicious user would then have access to all of the computer backups in our enterprise.  This is where the second factor would come in to verify the "has" or "is".

Re: Multi-Factor Authentication

Hi there,

That is soemthing we do not have. You could make a request for that through ideas http://community.mozy.com/t5/Idea-Exchange/idb-p/SupportSuggestionBox . That is where enhancement requests etc go.

Thank you,
