MOZY Automatic Activation

Hi All, 

 

trying to understand how does mozy automatic activation work ?

 

If the admin in a part of an AD domain and the partner created is a part of an entirely different AD domain , how will activation work or is this even possible ?

Hi @AS123,

 

You can only set up one domain per account/partner. If you have more than one domain that needs to activate users, you would create sub-partners and those sub-partners can then link to their own sub-domains.

 

I would recommend that you contact your Sales Account Manager for further questions or assistance with this process. They may need to get you to a Sales Engineer to help you with this process on your account.
