Log of all restores

Hello,

Where can I access a log of all restores performed for all of our user base regardless of how they were performed?

Kind regards,

Re: Log of all restores

For web restores, if you pull up the machine in the admin console you can see all the restores for that machine. Also in the restore files area there is a section with restore history with more details for web restores.

For in-client restores however, through the software, there isn't an online log. You can see the restores they've done on the client itself, however it parses after 2 weeks.

Re: Log of all restores

Thanks Fryer.

When I access the restore history via the console for a particular device, the only information offered as to who requested the data is an IP address.  Unfortunately, the address shown is an unfamiliar 10.x.x.x range IP address which I do not believe is on our network, do you know why this might be?

Kind regards,

Tony

Re: Log of all restores

You're looking at the Processed By, correct? That won't be of any help to you actually, that's just the internal server for us to know which one is building the restore.

Knowing whom actually asked for the restore is more tricky than just seeing the restores that happened. For restores in the last 7 days, you can go to "List Restores" in the admin console and see the requesting admin. Pas that though you won't have access to it. If there are legal reasons too, you can make a request, and we can get the DBA's to retrieve that info from the DB, but there's not a front end way to see past 7 days.
