You will be able to access the community during the upgrade but you won’t be able to post until we’ve migrated every user to our new platform.

This error occurs when the product key, entered during setup, is already assigned to another machine or is assigned to a different user group. This error will occur in the Status and History windows after installation fails.
Ensure that the email address is not already in use within a different user group. If this is the case, issue a product key from the user group where the user's email address is already in use and then activate the new device.
