When I access my mozy admin console, proving my login and password, I'm properly taken to my dashboard.
From there, I can click on Support at the top right.
Then I click on My Support at the bottom.
The support page loads, but I am not logged in.
I click Sign In, enter my information, click Login and the page redirects to a SSO page, with POST data on the title bar and does not load.
The only way I'm able to login to the support page is to close all browser sessions (IE11 or Chrome) and login first to the Support site.

Sure thing, I've tried this with a collection of browsers and the behavior is the same.
