How to transfer resources in the Admin Console

This tutorial explains how to transfer resources, such as quotas and license keys in the Admin Console for MozyPro.

 

 

STEPS:

 

  1. Log in to your account at https://mozy.com/login, using your admin email address and password.
  2. Click Transfer Resources in the sidebar under the section Resources.      
  3. Select the Source User Group in the Source user group drop down menu. This is where the resources will be moved from. Then select the Target User Group in the Target user group drop down menu. This is where the resources will be transferred to.
  4. Fill in the number of Desktop and Server licenses you wish to transfer and how much Storage to transfer for the licences.
  5. Click Continue. The resources are transferred.
