How to create new users on the Admin Console

This tutorial outlines the steps involved in adding users on the MozyPro Admin Console

 

 

STEPS:


  1. Log in to your account at https://mozy.com/login, using your email address and password.
  2. Click Add New User in the sidebar under Users.
  3. When prompted, fill in the relevant details: Name, Email, User Group, Number of Server Licenses, Desired Quota per Server License, Number of Desktop Licenses, Desired Quota per Desktop License.  
  4. When finished, Click Save Changes. The user has now been created.
